Qatar Rail announced today that Lusail Central, which is part of the Orange Line of its Lusail Tram network, will be open for use starting tomorrow, April 9, 2022. Aside from the station in Lusail, there will be six other stations along the orange line, all of which were rolled out as part of the first phase of the preview service of the Lusail Tram, which was started early this year.
Among the six Tram Lusail Orange Line service stations that are currently open, there is Marina, Marina Promenade, Yacht Club, Esplanade, Energy City South, and Legtaifiya. The Lusail Central Station will play an important role in connecting the nearby residential areas and the Place Vendôme once it opens.
